So far, we’ve discussed the need for protection against the cold, but if you have a job where cuts and lacerations are a common risk, your winter work gloves need to protect against those hazards, too.  Cuts and lacerations represent almost 8% of all occupational injuries and illnesses, with an average of four workdays missed per occurrence.  The last thing a company needs is workers wearing incorrect winter gloves that put them at risk for injury for the sake of warmth.
